Just removing the app from your phone? You don't need this page. Uninstall the app the usual way; your account stays, and you can sign in again any time.

What deleting your account does

Deleted

Your sign-in: your email and password, and your access to the mobile app and this website on every device.

Kept by your water company

Your shares, water credits, transfers and usage history, and the contact details the office has on file. These are your water company's records, not part of your sign-in. To change them, contact your water company office.

When

You are signed out everywhere straight away. Your sign-in is deleted for good after 30 days. Signing in again before then cancels the deletion.

Can't sign in? Ask your water company office to remove your sign-in, or email support@weblabz.io from the address you sign in with.
